Top 5 Articles and Record Setting Growth

This past month was a massive change for Athletic Human. In October there were 2,256 unique visitors and in November there were 194,079 unique visitors. This was also reflected in the shares, tweets, and tons of other  support. I am very thankful for the support and everyone who has shared this site with others. Much more importantly though it shows a belief in the fact that people want to be healthy, happy, and free. In a world where obesity is rising, and health is determined by medicine not food, exercise, and lifestyle, there are still people who believe in the fundamentals. We can live a healthy productive lives and give back to others.

The goal of Athletic Human is to give people back control of their lives and give them the tools they need. There is so much information available now it can be hard to decipher what is worth your time, and what is actually true. Athletic Human cuts through all of the information providing you with both unique original content, and some of the best articles available.

  1. I welcome “Athletic Human” to find its way into our Longevity Community. It has to be through individual humans, first. But I could also see your organization as a potential sponsor. Many of our members are crying out for more Movement. Including myself. And many of us respond best when it is in conjunction with Connection with others. Including myself! For those “athletic humans” in the Bay Area who are longevity enthusiasts and/or wellness professionals, please join us at For those BEYOND the Bay Area, please join us online at There we welcome your participation particularly in the discussion areas.

THANK YOU! And keep up the great postings — your service to the community is already greatly appreciated in the short time we’ve been getting to know you.
